Arizona Lawyer, Dwane Cates, graduated Suma Cum Laude from Arizona State University where he majored in Communication with an emphasis on persuasion.  Just before Dwane went back to school he worked as a salesman.  He learned how to persuade, then he went to school to learn why what he did in sales was persuasive.   After graduating undergraduate with the highest honors, he attended law school at the Sandra Day O’Conner School of Law. Mr. Cates started his own law firm in 1997 strait out of law school.  This successful law firm survived all the economic turmoil of the past 12 years and continues today.  Now Dwane is ready to put his experience and training to work for you.

  • Client was caught with 28 grams of Cocaine at the Immigration Checkpoint on State Highway 95 North of Yuma. Arizona. He was charged with a serious drug crime and he was on probation in California at the time he was caught. While his case was proceeding he caught another drug charge in California and was convicted. We got the prosecutor to plead the case to a probation eligible offense. The judge originally wanted to reject the plea and send him to prison.
